We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. If something’s off with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

🕒 Return Window

You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

✅ What Can Be Returned

To qualify for a return, the mirror needs to be in its original condition and packaging. If it’s been used, damaged, or altered, we might not be able to accept it.

📦 How to Start a Return

Just shoot us an email at otakumirrors@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We’ll guide you through the steps.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

💸 Refund Info

Once we get the mirror back and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund straight to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to process once approved.

⚠️ A Few Things to Note

• Sale/promotional items are final sale and can’t be returned

• If your mirror arrives damaged, hit us up with photos at XOChapters@gmail.com so we can fix it ASAP
